The General Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force on the date of the order.

Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website. The consumer’s “double click,” represented by the validation of the order followed by the validation of the payment, constitutes an electronic signature having, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature. All exchanges related to orders placed will be stored in the IT systems and will serve as evidence of communications, orders, and payments between the parties. Archived order forms and invoices may be produced as evidence, in accordance with Article 1148 of the French Civil Code.
The Customer can place an order from the catalogue offered on the online store https://www.sun-valley.com. By clicking on “Add to cart,” they select the products of their choice, specifying the color and size if applicable. At any time, they can view the contents of their cart and remove one or more products. By clicking on “Validate my cart,” they are prompted to log in to their personal account or create one. Once identified, they confirm their cart and choose the delivery method by providing their billing and delivery addresses. Delivery charges, entirely borne by the Customer, are automatically added to the order amount.
Before payment, the Customer verifies the contents of their cart as well as the accuracy of their information, in particular their contact details. By validating the payment, they acknowledge having read the General Terms and Conditions and accept them without reservation. The order becomes final once the payment is validated. The Customer then receives an e-mail confirming the registration of their order, without constituting a definitive acceptance by SUN VALLEY. The order is subject to review based on various criteria, including the Customer’s history and any ongoing disputes. In the event of a product being unavailable or for any legitimate reason preventing the execution of the order, SUN VALLEY will inform the Customer and proceed with the refund as soon as possible. The rest of the order remains valid.
Order tracking is accessible from the Customer’s account or via notifications sent by the delivery service. Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT and other applicable taxes), excluding delivery charges. The latter are specified during the purchase process.
SUN VALLEY reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable prices are those in effect at the time the order is validated. In the event of an obvious error in the displayed price, if it is negligible compared to the actual value of the product, SUN VALLEY may cancel the order and refund the Customer.
7.1 Delivery methods and charges
Any product purchased on the online store can only be delivered to the delivery areas defined by SUN VALLEY. Each product is delivered to the postal delivery address provided by the Customer at the time of order validation.
The Customer freely selects the delivery method according to the options offered by the professional delivery and transport partner(s). Depending on the delivery country of the order, the Customer may choose between direct delivery to the previously indicated address, delivery to pick-up points, or any other type of delivery method offered.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the order amount and the delivery area, with details accessible for information purposes from the page "Order Delivery".
SUN VALLEY may freely decide to offer delivery charges partially or fully, from a certain amount or as part of promotional operations. The Customer will be informed of this offer either via a display on the online store or via newsletter if they are subscribed.
7.2 Preparation and delivery times
The order preparation time, prior to shipment, is generally 24 business hours: orders placed before 8 a.m. (Paris time) are usually shipped the same day, while those placed after 8 a.m. are shipped the following business day. These times are indicative and may vary in case of high activity, public holidays, or sales periods. When the order includes items with different preparation times, the overall delivery time is based on the longest time. SUN VALLEY reserves the right to split the delivery at no additional cost to the Customer.
The delivery time indicated on the website corresponds to the estimated time from the shipment of the parcel by SUN VALLEY. It is the time communicated by the carrier, according to the delivery method selected by the Customer.
SUN VALLEY cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the Customer, a third party, or a case of force majeure. Customer Service remains available for any questions via the “Contact Us” section.
8.1 Receipt of the order
The Customer agrees to take all necessary measures to receive their order under the best conditions and may provide any useful delivery information at the time of the order.
They have a period of two full days from receipt to report any anomalies (damaged parcel, missing or damaged product, etc.) via Customer Service.
If the Customer does not collect their parcel within the time limit set by the carrier or refuses delivery, it will be automatically returned to SUN VALLEY. Without specific instructions from the Customer regarding a possible reshipment, SUN VALLEY will proceed with the refund of the order, minus any shipping fees paid at the time of the order.
8.2 Returns and exchanges
The Customer has a period of 30 days from the shipment date to request a return or exchange, whether partial or full.
Returns must be made exclusively via the returns portal, accessible from the “My Account” area or the “Returns & Exchanges” page on the website. The Customer must fill out an online form specifying the products being returned and the reason for the return.
Once the form is completed, the Customer will automatically receive a prepaid shipping label for the return (for eligible countries), along with return instructions.
Return shipping costs:
For orders delivered to the following countries, return shipping costs are fully covered by SUN VALLEY: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
- In the case of a return of the entire order for a refund, the initial delivery fees will be deducted from the refunded amount if they were charged. If the initial delivery was free, no additional charges will apply.
- For a return for exchange, no fees or deductions will be applied.
For all other countries, return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer. The return declaration must still be made via the portal, and the Customer may return the items using a delivery method of their choice to the address provided after completing the return form.
The returned product must be shipped within 7 full days following the issuance of the label, in its original condition, complete, unworn, unwashed, with packaging, tags, and any accessories. Any late return or return not meeting these conditions may be refused or retained as a penalty. SUN VALLEY reserves the right to open a dispute case if necessary.
8.3 Right of withdrawal and refund
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a legal period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.
SUN VALLEY offers an extended period of 30 days from the shipment date to make a return, whether for exchange or refund. This return is subject to the same product conformity conditions (new condition, unworn, complete, etc.) and the procedure described in Article 8.2.
Return cases:
- Partial return of the order: only the returned products will be refunded. Initial delivery fees will not be refunded.
- Total return of the order:
- For orders where delivery fees were charged, these fees will not be refunded. SUN VALLEY covers the return shipping costs, which fairly offsets the initially charged delivery amount.
- For orders where no delivery fees were charged, as delivery was free, only the products will be refunded.
The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the returned products or proof of their shipment.
Before making a payment on the SUN VALLEY online store, the Customer guarantees that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method.
