Return procedure

You have 30 days after receipt of the order to submit a return request.

To facilitate the processing of your return requests, we recommend that you follow the indicated procedure, depending on the type of return you wish to make.

Exchange

Exchange requests are only possible for a change in size or color of the item to be returned.

Step 1

Send a message to Sun Valley customer service via the contact form ou by email to : eshop@sun-valley.fr specifying your name, order number, the item(s) to be returned and the desired item(s) in exchange.

Step 2

Wait for the response from customer service, in order to receive the prepaid Colissimo shipping label, to cover the return costs.

Step 3

Prepare the return package by following the instructions described below, then stick the Colissimo return label on the package. To send your package follow the instructions given by Colissimo on the right side of the label.

Please make sure to print and complete the return form to be attached to the package before sending.

ReFUND

For refund requests, the return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We advise you to carefully keep the proof of shipment of the package provided by the carrier, which will be necessary in the event of a dispute during the delivery, or simply to follow the progress of the delivery.

Please make sure to print and complete the return form to be attached to the package before sending.

We remind you that Sun Valley supports return costs only for exchange requests and that this support is only valid once per order and only for orders placed in mainland France. For refund requests, the choice of mode and the costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the buyer.

Upon receipt of your return package, our after-sales service will inspect the parts for validation. Then, we will then refund the returned items, within a maximum period of 14 days following receipt of the package, in accordance with the general conditions of sale.

Please note that returns will only be validated on the condition that any product is returned in its original condition (compliant and in perfect condition for resale), complete (with its packaging, labeling and any accessories). This whether it is a request for an exchange or a refund. More generally, any product damaged, worn, soiled and whose condition would not allow it to be put back on sale, will not be validated and therefore not exchanged or refunded.
