Exchanges

Exchange requests are only possible for a change of size or color.

As Sun Valley covers the cost of return transport, please contact us and we will send you a Colissimo shipping label.

Refunds

For refund requests, return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. Simply follow the return procedure and send the package back to us at the following address:

Return procedure

In order for your return to be processed, please print and complete this returns form.

Preparing the return package

Be sure to place the completed form inside the parcel before closing it (we advise you to reuse the parcel used to ship your order).

Proceed with the return

Once your parcel is ready to be returned, simply drop it off at a La Poste collection point.

We would like to remind you that Sun Valley only covers return shipping costs for exchange requests, and that this cover is only valid once per order and only for orders placed in Metropolitan France. For refund requests, the choice of method and the costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the purchaser.

As soon as we receive your return package, our after-sales service will inspect the parts for validation. We will then proceed to reimburse the returned items, within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of the parcel, in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale.

Please note that returns will only be validated on condition that all products are returned in their original condition (compliant and in perfect condition for resale), complete (with packaging, labelling and any accessories). This applies to both exchange and refund requests. More generally, any product that has been damaged, worn or soiled, and whose condition would not allow it to be put back on sale, will not be validated, and consequently will not be exchanged or refunded. We recommend that you consult the general terms and conditions of sale of the sun-valley.com online store, or contact customer service for any request for information via the contact page.
