Return procedure

We remind you that you have 30 days after receipt of the order to submit a return request.

To facilitate the processing of your return requests, we recommend that you follow the procedure indicated, depending on the type of return you wish to make.

We remind you that Sun Valley supports return costs only for exchange requests and that this support is only valid once per order and only for orders placed in mainland France. For refund requests, the choice of return method and related costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Prepare the return package

Return the items to their original packaging or use a sturdy package
Print and complete the return form to be attached to the package before sending
Carefully close the package. Your return is ready to be shipped

Exchange request

We remind you that exchange requests are only available for a change in the size or color of the item to be returned and only concern orders placed in Metropolitan France.

STEP 1

Send a message to Sun Valley customer service via the contact form or directly by email at: eshop@sun-valley.fr specifying your name, order number, the item(s) to be returned and the or the desired item(s) in return.

STEP 2

Wait for customer service response, in order to receive the prepaid Colissimo shipping label, to cover return costs.

STEP 3

Prepare the return package following the instructions described here, then stick the Colissimo return label on the package. To send your package follow the instructions given by Colissimo on the right side of the label.

Warning, be sure to print and fill the return form to attach to the package before sending.

Upon receipt of your return package, our after-sales service will inspect the parts for validation. Sun Valley will then proceed to send the exchange order within a maximum period of 14 days following receipt of the package, in accordance with the general conditions of sale.

Please note that returns will only be validated on the condition that any product is returned in its original condition (compliant and in perfect condition for resale), complete (with packaging, labeling and any accessories). This whether it is a request for an exchange or a refund. More generally, any product damaged, worn, soiled and whose condition does not allow it to be put back on sale, will not be validated and therefore not exchanged or refunded. Refund request

We remind you that for refund requests, Sun Valley does not cover return costs.

Please simply follow the instructions for preparing the return package described here, then send the package to us at the following address:

We advise you to carefully keep the proof of shipment of the package provided by the carrier, which will be necessary in the event of a dispute during the delivery, or simply to follow the progress of the delivery.
